Frequently asked questions

WHAT SERVICE DO YOU PROVIDE?

We deliver the castle at an agreed time, inflate (usually takes 10-15 minutes) and leave the unit ready for use, collection at the end of the event (usually takes 20-25 minutes to pack away). All our staff are fully trained, if you have any queries please do not hesitate to ask at anytime.

CAN THE INFLATABLES BE USED INDOORS?

All our inflatables can be used indoors, however, due to the height of the arch, a headroom of at least 15 feet is required, safety mats are always used indoors. Castles have so far been successfully hired at the following venues:

CHELFORD VILLAGE HALL
LOWER WITHINGTON PARISH HALL
ST JOHNS CHURCH HALL, MACCLESFIELD
NEW LIFE CENTRE, CONGLETON

DO YOU SUPPLY GENERATORS?

If you do not have easy access to electricity, generators can be hired at extra cost. We provide extension leads and RCD's, ideally the castle should be sited within 25 metres of an electrical supply point.

CAN THE CASTLES BE USED ON TARMAC ETC.?

The best surface is a flat grass area, if you are uncertain please telephone us. For safe operation please allow an extra 6 feet on the stated dimension.

DO YOU PROVIDE SUPERVISORS?

Supervisors can be provided at extra cost. For events/shows we can provide a fully run unit for an agreed fee/donation, please telephone our hire team for more details.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

All our castles are supplied with full rain covers if required. If the weather is too bad you can cancel a booking at any time, use the link below to see the latest weather forecast.
